If you haven't chosen a diamond yet, we'll help source suitable IGI-certified options based on your preferences.

Step 2 — Receive Your Personalised Quote

Based on your preferred design, diamond requirements, metal choice, and ring size.

We will prepare a personalised quote for you.

Step 3 — Confirm Your Order

Once you're happy with your quote, we'll send you a secure checkout link through our Shopify website.

A 70% deposit is required before we begin creating your custom ring.

Step 4 — Design Review & Crafting

Once your deposit has been received, we will prepare a digital design within approximately 7 business days for your review.

Once you approve the design, production will begin. Your ring will then be handcrafted in approximately 15 business days.

Step 5 — Final Review & Shipping

Your ring is ready! We'll send you detailed photos and videos so you can see every detail before it leaves our workshop.

Once you've approved the finished piece, the remaining 30% balance will be due.

Your ring will then be carefully packaged, then shipped via air – you'll receive tracking information as soon as it has been dispatched.
