Before You Order

Thank you for choosing Bespoke Moment.

As every piece of jewellery is custom-made especially for you, please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom-Made Jewellery

Every ring is individually handcrafted according to your confirmed design, ring size, metal, diamond or gemstone selection, and engraving (if applicable).

As each piece is made to order, production begins only after your order details have been confirmed.

2. Diamond Selection

Where applicable, we will provide detailed diamond information before production, including photos, videos, specifications, and digital IGI certification information.

If your selected diamond becomes unavailable before production begins, we will provide a comparable alternative for your approval before proceeding.

We will never knowingly substitute your selected diamond without your confirmation.

3. Design Confirmation

Please carefully review your digital design, ring specifications, engraving, and diamond details before approving production.

Once production has commenced, changes may not always be possible.

Where changes can be accommodated, additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the request.

4. Ring Size

Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size.

Where reasonably possible, we offer one complimentary ring size adjustment before shipment.

After shipment, resizing services may be available at an additional cost, including shipping where applicable.

Some ring styles cannot be resized due to their design.

Colours may also vary slightly depending on photography, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings.

5. Product Variations

As each ring is handcrafted, minor variations in colour, stone appearance, setting details, polish, and finish may occur.

These slight differences are normal and do not affect the quality or durability of your jewellery.

6. Production & Shipping

Production generally takes approximately 15 business days after final design approval.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 5–15 business days, depending on customs clearance, courier service, and delivery location.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of paying your deposit.

After the cooling-off period, cancellation requests generally cannot be accepted once materials have been purchased or production has commenced.

Deposits paid after this stage are generally non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Warranty & After-Sales Support

Every Bespoke Moment piece is carefully inspected before shipment.

We provide a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Purchase Notes limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your jewellery has a major failure or does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.
